13th September 2024Regular meet up for tea/coffee and chat. On Friday 13 September, Kate Jarrett, our Community PC, will be attending to hold her Police Surgery for this area. If you have any questions for Kate or are concerned about a community matter please come along and have a chat. The leader of our Parish Council, Marianne Munday will also be there to discuss any issues concerning Parish Council matters.

14th September 2024We will be holding an outdoor children’s party on Saturday 14th September from 1pm – 3pm and would like to invite all Bentley primary aged children (and younger) to come along to join in with the fun. The entertainment will include face painting, party games, fancy dress competition and mini disco. The pub will be open from 12 noon right through until 10pm.

14th September 2024On Saturday 14 September, one of our favourite street food vendors, Suffolk Spice Fusion, will be returning to us. Darren and Poppy will be serving their north Indian cuisine from 5pm until 8pm. Eat in or take-away. To pre-order please call WhatsApp on 07931 887293. As before, food can be eaten inside the pub from 5pm. Families welcome.

26th September 2024Regular group meeting to discuss the books the group are reading and to extend the range of genres and authors they are familiar with. The book group can usually arrange loan books through the county library, so you don’t have to buy every book ! For more information just come along to any meeting.

28th September 2024Our annual Macmillan Coffee Morning is being held on, Saturday 28 September, from 10am. This well established, popular event at the Case, is always well attended and has been running for many years now. Due to it’s popularity it has raised many thousands of pounds for this great charity. As always cake donations on the morning are very much welcomed and greatly appreciated. This year there will also be a stall selling jig-saw puzzles. The bar will be open from 10am – 2pm, reopening as usual Saturday evening, 6pm – 10pm.
Quiz Night Quiz Night
28th September 2024Test your knowledge against our quiz master. £2 entry per person, maximum team size 6. The winning team receives drinks tokens to spend at the pub, the lowest scoring team get a wooden spoon! The quiz will start at 8pm. Bar opens 6pm.
