Cask Marque News: Feb 2024

Following the latest visit by Cask Marque inspectors, the Case has again achieved the much coveted Cask Marque Beer and Cellar Hygiene Award.

Not only that, our cask beers were graded 100% in the assessment. This means that they scored the maximum 20 points each and were all declared as:

• ‘Brilliant’ for appearance,

• ‘Appetising’ for aroma,

• ‘Excellent’ for taste and,

• All were served at the correct temperature.

So well done to our team of cellar men for running such a brilliant cellar!
