Macmillan Coffee Morning: 30th Sept 2023

We are delighted to tell you we will be once again holding our very popular annual Coffee Morning in aid of Macmillan Cancer Care on Saturday 30 September, 10am to 2.00pm. You can buy cakes to take home for later, and there’s a chance to win a luxury hamper.

In the past you’ve been fantastically generous with donations of cake and savouries, and we know this year will be no different. If you would like to contribute your baking skills, home made cakes etc. can be dropped off at the pub from 9am on Saturday.

As well as cakes and savouries, there will be tea and coffee, and the bar will be open from 10am – 1pm, reopening as usual Saturday evening, 6pm – 10pm.

UPDATE 9/10/23: This event raised a total of £2,000 for the Macmillan Cancer Support charity. Thanks to everyone who contributed.
