Case Gets 5 Star Food Hygiene Rating

As part of the reopening of our kitchens for our community lunches, we have recently had an inspection from Babergh and Mid Suffolk Councils Food and Hygiene Intervention Department and have been awarded a 5 Star rating. Our maximum risk score was 5 in two areas and 0 in the third – 0 being the best score possible. Our overall rating was described as 5 – Very Good, again this is the maximum level achievable. The same inspector then asked to see the beer cellar. We are again delighted to report that he commented on the cellar as being “one of the best kept cellars he had seen in a very long time” and congratulated the Case on being a “very nice pub”. So thanks to all our wonderful kitchen and cellar volunteers for all their hard work.
