Our claim that a warm welcome awaits you when you enter the Case has now been authenticated! A recent analysis of pubs across the UK has rated the Case Is Altered as the 3rd friendliest in the country. The UK’s Friendliest Pubs – 2025 Rundown was published on 30th Jan 2025 and concluded that: “The Case is Altered pub in Bentley, Ipswich, placed third, with a friendliness score of 8.22 out of 10”. They added that “Over 68% of the pub’s Tripadvisor reviews mention its friendly and welcoming atmosphere, and it also has a 4.5 out of five rating”.
