Last call for online Microgenius investments!

After 31 December it will no longer be possible to buy shares in Bentley Community Pub Ltd online via microgenius.org.uk. If you wish to buy shares for the first time or increase an existing investment via Microgenius, please ensure you do so today or tomorrow.

Once we have agreed our purchase of The Case, which we hope to do so early in the New Year, we will instruct Microgenius to collect the direct debits of those who have invested online via their site. Investors will be notified 3 days before their accounts are debited.

Please note that we are continuing to sell shares while our purchase of The Case is ongoing. After the 31st, our shares will continue to be available by sending a completed application form (contained within our Share Offer Document) along with a cheque to our Treasurer.
