Sale Complete! Open Day on Sunday 23 Feb!

Following our announcement on 13 January that we had agreed a purchase of the Case is Altered subject to contract, we are delighted to confirm that we completed our purchase of The Case and took ownership yesterday (17 February).

We will be opening The Case to the public on Sunday 23 February from 3:00 – 5:00 pm (1:00 -3:00 – shareholders only). This will provide an opportunity for you to see the current state of the pub, and to find out more about our plans for the refurbishment and reopening and how you can help us.

Now the hard work really starts! We are looking for volunteers to help with our preparations for reopening, e.g. cleaners, gardeners, DIY enthusiasts.

We are also planning to initially start with a ‘soft launch’ when we reopen, using volunteers, so we are also looking for people who may be willing to work in the pub for a few hours a week, e.g. serving behind the bar.

We are also still urgently looking for new investors, so don’t delay – buy shares today! We have no money left after buying the pub, and urgently need to raise additional funds to get it reopen. To buy shares, complete the application form in our Share Offer Document available on our website www.thecasepubbentley.co.uk and return it to the address shown with a cheque.
