5:00 pm: Fireworks' Night
We will be open from 5pm on Saturday 5 November to help you celebrate Bentley’s own Guy Fawkes Night. Bonfire and fireworks will take place on the village playing field.
Since reopening post lockdown, our small group of stalwart volunteers have done an excellent job, turning out on some cold, wet and windy nights. As Covid restrictions are lifted, and the weather improves, we are expecting more customers and hope to look to extend the opening hours and days. Given this, and the fact that many of our volunteers want to take a break to see family (or even a short holiday!) we are very much in need of new recruits.
You would be given full training and opportunities to shadow experienced staff. If you would like to find out more about this or any other way you can be involved in supporting your community pub please contact the chair of the pub’s management committee at chair@thecasepubbentley.co.uk or ask at the bar for an application form.
For more information see our Volunteering page.
UPDATE 26/10/21: Since first posting this item, a number of new volunteers have come forward – you may have noticed some fresh faces behind the bar. Thanks to all of them, but we still need more.
