Garden Party to celebrate The Queen’s 90^th Birthday – Saturday 11 June

This Saturday we will be holding a garden party at The Case to celebrate the 90^th birthday of HM Queen Elizabeth II. The event will run from 3:00 – 6:00 pm and will be open to all.

We will be serving free tea and cake, and the bar will be open throughout the afternoon, with our usual range of alcoholic and soft drinks on sale. To claim your free afternoon tea, please pick up a ticket from the pub by Friday.

There will also live music from local band Jazz Expressions.

Whilst the event will be free, we will be gratefully accepting donations on the day, towards the start-up costs for Bentley Stores.

The theme for the garden party will be red, white and blue, so we would ask everyone to wear something in those colours on the day.

Coasters Scooter Club Pre-Rally Event – Sunday 12 June

On Sunday the Coasters Scooter Club, who meet at The Case every week, will be holding a pre-rally event at the pub from 2:30 – 6:00, in aid of the East Anglian Childrens’ Hospice. As well as a number of classic scooters on display, there will be a barbecue and live music from Louie 2 Tone. The pub will still be open to the public at the same time, and we will still be serving Sunday lunch at the usual time, so come along and join in the fun.
