The Case is Altered pub in Bentley, Ipswich has been closed since March 2013 and is up for sale. There have been fears (and rumours) that it might be bought and have a change of use, meaning the village will lose one of its last amenities. To prevent this happening, the community have come together to buy out the pub with a shareholder scheme.
